PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of increasing the capacity of a disposing place and a dumping ground for sediment of industrial waste by rapidly compressing the sediment through penetrating polygonal pyramid- or cone-shaped bodies, or polygonal pyramid-shaped bodies plus square pillars or cone-shaped bodies plus cylindrical pillars connected on the specified area of a disc plate, which easily penetrate into the sediment without generating bounding, dispersing and horizontal expanding, into sediment layers while giving vibration and impact in addition to the whole weight of the bodies by a vibrator and an impacting device connected to the upper part of the above bodies, and to provide its apparatus and patent construction method. SOLUTION: A plurality of polygonal pyramid-shaped and cone-shaped projections are attached to the disc plate and penetrated into the sediment layers by giving vibration and impact to such an improved body in combination with their weight and the weight of vibrator and the impacting device, thereby compressing gaps in a short time.
