PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary plate for placing tuna thereon free from bacterial growth. SOLUTION: An easily drying rigid body with good liquid flowing property and water draining is made using a corrosion resistant aluminum alloy, and is formed into a single or a plurality of structures to manufacture the plate for placing tuna thereon.
