PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate a rolled paper when unrolled by rotatably support the rolled paper without a core tube with an outer cylinder covering a core rod supporting the rolled paper by being inserted into a fine center hole of the rolled paper. SOLUTION: This pivot holder for the rolled paper without the core tube supports the rolled paper 1 without the core tube by the core rod 2 inserted into the fine center hole 1A. The holder has a side body 3 protruded with a downward pivot shaft 3A at the front part. The pivot shaft 3A cantilevers and pivots the core rod 2 at a pivot hole 2B of the base portion 2A so as to be freely turned back and forth and is subjected to fall-off prevention, and the core rod 2 is covered with the idling outer cylinder 4 and subjected to fall-off prevention. The outer cylinder 4 is inserted into the fine center hole 1A of the rolled paper 1 from the free end 2B of the core rod 2, and thus the rolled paper 1 is supported so as to be rotated with the outer cylinder 4 relative to the core rod 2.
