PURPOSE: A service and method for changing text input methods using a mobile network is provided to solve a user's inconvenience of learning a new input method whenever the user purchases a new mobile terminal and to easily execute updating when a new input method is put on sale. CONSTITUTION: A system for changing text input methods by using a mobile network is composed of a control part(10), a mobile service company(20), the Internet(30), a text input method server(40), and a storage part(50). The control part(10) covers the overall control of a mobile terminal. The mobile service company(20) provides mobile communication services. The text input method server(40) storing a plurality of text input methods provides an arbitrary text input method service. The storage part(50) stores a text input method downloaded through the mobile terminal.
