A composite comprising as a main ingredient a cationic ribosome composed of 2- O-(2-diethylaminoethyl)carbamoyl-1,3-O-dioleoylglycerol and phospholipid, th e cationic ribosome bearing an oligonucleic acid. This composite can be administered in a living body and exerts medicinal effect therein, so that i t can find practical use in pharmaceuticals. Thus, there is provided a preventive or therapeutic drug composition for diseases in which target molecules of the oligonucleic acid (target DNA, target RNA and target protei n) take part, which drug composition comprises the above composite.
