<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the recycle system of a used product capable of finally constructing a true circulation type society by introducing a recycle evaluating system in reproducing a used product to be damped into a recycle product, so as to evaluate the value of the used product corresponding to the level of its environmental load. <P>SOLUTION: This recycle system is provided with a database for storing information associated with an evaluation index necessary for evaluating the value of a recycle product to be manufactured by using a used product to be damped by a damper as starting materials and an evaluating means for calculating and/or selecting recycle costs to be returned as a bounty to the damper or to collected as an assessment by evaluating the recycle value of the used product from the evaluation index owned by the database, and converting it into costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
