PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information from a highly expansible contents-rich information source and to support efficient and effective information selection input with consideration of relation between an item name and item contents.

SOLUTION: An information display part 100 indicates the item name to a user and displays a screen urging information input or selection of an item value matching the item name for detecting input and operation selected by the user. An input/output control part 120 transfers information input or selected by the user to an input information storage part 150 to ask a complementary information candidate computing part 130 for computing a complementary information candidate about an unentered input item on the basis of the information. The complementary information candidate computing part 130 requests a query to an external information source 160 from an external information search part 140 for computing the complementary information candidate. An input/output control part 120 makes the information display part 100 display the complementary information candidate computed by the complementary candidate computing part 130 as to the unentered input item to urge the user to input or select the unentered input item.
