<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter for resolving problems caused by the presence of black matrix and the deviation of alignment in photolithography, and to provide a manufacture method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter structure for liquid crystal display comprises a plurality of color filters which are mounted on the surface of substrate and are fitted to one another, has regions where respective color filters are superimposed with adjacent color filters and allow the the surface of the superimposed region to be almost even with the surface of respective color filters other than the superimposed region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
