<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera for easily photographing a main subject with appropriate exposure whatever photographing condition it is and having a high illumination effect to a subject other than the main subject, and to provide the multiple flashes photographing system of the camera. <P>SOLUTION: The planned amount of illumination for each divided photometric domain is calculated by adding guide numbers tgn1 and tgn2 being the temporary emitted light quantity in photography of a main flash light 10 and a multiple-flash light 20 (S21). When an over range region where the planned amount of illumination exceeds an appropriate value to attain light quantity necessary to appropriately illuminate the subject is present (S23: Yes), the guide numbers gn1 and gn2 of the main flash light 10 and the multiple-flash light 20 in normal light emission are obtained so that the planned amount of illumination of the over range region may be the appropriate value by making the planned amount of emitted light smaller toward a side having a higher contribution rate to the illumination of the over range region out of tgn1 and tgn2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
