PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium capable of reducing an influence caused by stain sticking or the like in the information recording medium provided with a multilayer type hologram obtained by laminating a plurality of recording layers. SOLUTION: This information recording medium is made of the multilayer type hologram obtained by laminating the plurality of recording layers whose information can be optically reproduced by detecting leaked light from a concave-convex pattern formed on a surface.
