PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor structure of an ultrahigh-speed micro rotating machine capable of securing the concentricity of ultrasmall impellers and an extra fine rotating shaft, firmly connecting them, easily disassembling and assembling them without bad influence, supporting the ultrahigh-speed rotation and the thrust force, and accurately measuring a rotating speed. SOLUTION: This rotor structure comprises a hollow bearing member 6 composed of a long hollow cylindrical part 6a and a disc part 6b concentrically integrally molded with the hollow cylindrical part, the impellers 2, 4 mounted on end parts of the hollow bearing member and having through holes on their shaft centers, and fastening members 8, 9 penetrated through the hollow bearing member and the through holes of the impellers for fastening them.
