PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of transmitting electronic mail, voice or the like by a mobile radio telephone set in a place incapable of receiving radio wave. SOLUTION: When the mail is sent and received by a mobile radio telephone set 1 in a place that no radio wave reaches, the mobile radio telephone set 1 is connected to a public line 3 through a modem-incorporated adapter 2. In the modem-incorporated adapter 2, installation points of respective service centers 4 are previously registered and when a desired installation point is selected and specified among installation points displayed on the display panel of the mobile radio telephone set 1, the modem-incorporated adapter 2 dials the service center 4 at the specified installation point to connect the mobile radio telephone set 1 to the service center 4. After the service center 4 is connected to, mail can be received and a created document can be transmitted by operating the mobile radio telephone set 1 as usual. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
