PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with superior productivity and heat exchange efficiency. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger, a heat exchange element 3 is formed by arranging a heat transfer tube 2 passing a heat transfer element in an external surface of a heat transfer tube 1 passing a heat transfer target element, and a resin layer 4 is provided in an outer circumference of the heat exchange element 3. A heat transfer layer 6 is provided between the heat exchange element 3 and the resin layer 4. A recessed part 5 is provided in a length direction of the external surface of the heat transfer tube 1 passing the heat transfer target element, and the heat transfer tube 2 passing the heat transfer element is arranged in the recessed part 5. The resin layer 4 comprises polyethylene foaming resin or polypropylene foaming resin with a foaming ratio of 1.5 to 30. The resin layer 4 is provided by extrusion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
