PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric warmer, wherein there is no unevenness of a heating element on a surface material and no unpleasant feel is given to a user seated thereon, even when constructed with the heating element in a meandering state during wiring. SOLUTION: The electric warmer comprises the surface material 1, the heating element 2 and a heat insulator 3 provided in descending order. The surface material 1 has an obliquely processed pattern 4 processed and arranged on the upper face of the heating element 2. Thus, there is no unevenness of the heating element 2 on the surface material 1 and no unpleasant feel is given to a user seated thereon, because the surface material 1 has the straightly processed pattern 4 even when the electric warmer is constructed with the heating element 2 in a meandering state during wiring.
