摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling between first and second turbine shafts 52, 54, 152, and 154 aligned in the separate axial directions. SOLUTION: Holes penetrating through a flange and a rotor wheel, and mutually aligned in the axial direction, receive a fastening element 78 for mutually fixing the rotor wheel and the flange, and thereby mutually fixes a shaft section. The fastening element engages with a segment 82 on a rotor wheel side surface on the side distant from the flange, and can mutually fasten the flange and the rotor wheel. The segment includes an outside arc-shaped surface 94. The outside arc-shaped surface 94 forms a seal surface between labyrinth teeth 102 opposed in the radial direction of a packing ring segment for forming a part of a turbine diaphragm.
