PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controller in an internal combustion engine capable of reducing the error in fuel injection amount. SOLUTION: In a case when an operating state detected by an operating state detection means having an ECU is in a specific steady state, that is, free from the change of the fuel pressure mode, and the variation of an accelerator opening or the requested amount of injection is within a specific range, average values P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>3</SB>, P<SB>4</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>are respectively calculated from the total sum of the fuel pressure sampled at fuel injection periods T<SB>1</SB>, T<SB>3</SB>, T<SB>4</SB>, T<SB>2</SB>by a pressure sensor, and the fuel injection period T<SB>4</SB>of a fuel injection valve of a #4 cylinder is corrected on the basis of the average value P<SB>1</SB>of the fuel pressure calculated at the time of a #1 cylinder (before 2 injection period).
