ELEVATOR ROPE FIXING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator rope fixing device which is applicable to elevators with different groove pitch of a sheave and rope width and capable of preventing dropping to the inner bottom of a pit in rope securing work. SOLUTION: The elevator rope fixing device includes a plurality of holding mechanism members 3 for holding a rope, a supporting mechanism member 4 for supporting each of the plurality of the holding mechanism members 3 with a space L from each other, and a mounting mechanism member 6 for mounting the supporting mechanism member 4 to a machine beam 5 installed in a machine room of the elevator. The plurality of holding mechanism members 3 are supported by the supporting mechanism member 4 in such a way that the space L between the holding mechanism members 3 is adjustable.
