DISTRIBUTION METHOD, DISTRIBUTOR, AND PROGRAM FOR DISTRIBUTION OF MULTIMEDIA CONTENTS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM FOR DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution method, a distributor, and a distribution program of multimedia contents, and a program medium capable of distributing advertisements in a way of not causing a missing part in distributed contents even when the contents such as sports relay broadcasting are provided in real time and preventing viewers from not viewing the advertisements.

SOLUTION: A contents distribution server 4 distributes contents which viewers are going to view and to which no advertisement is inserted to the viewers, and separately distributes the advertisements after the end of distribution of the contents. In order to ensure the viewing of the advertisements by the viewers, the contents distribution server 4 is provided with: an advertisement viewing urging processing means 24; and a view charge billing processing means 101 so as to distribute a message for urging viewing of the advertisements or a message of billing the view charge to viewer terminals 1. Further, the contents distribution server 4 is provided with an advertisement selection processing means 142 for selecting advertisements suitable for the attribute of the viewers as distributed advertisements in order to enhance the advertisement effect.
