PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless thermometric module capable of miniaturization and high temperature measurement. SOLUTION: In this wireless thermometric module 1 equipped with an antenna mechanism 2 for transmitting/receiving a radio wave, a surface elastic wave element 4 wherein an excitation electrode 3 is connected to the antenna mechanism 2, and a module body 5 provided with the surface elastic wave element 4, the antenna mechanism 2 is characterized by being equipped with a flat electrode 7 formed on the surface of the module body 5. The module body 5 is characterized by being constituted of a dielectric, and being equipped with a grounding electrode 8 formed on the opposite surface of the flat antenna 7.
