PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet of a prepreg sheet substitute for manufacturing FRP. SOLUTION: This laminated sheet comprises at least a part of lamination of layer A, layer B, and layer C in the order named. Layer A is constituted of a group of filaments A uniformly arranged in a plane and parallel in a specified direction. Layer B is constituted of a heat meltable film and finally comes to the matrix of FRP obtained. Layer C is constituted of a group of filaments C uniformly arranged in a plane and parallel in a direction different from the direction of the group of filaments A uniformly arranged. Layer A, layer B, and layer C are knitted and integrated by a plurality of sewing threads 5 running lengthwise. Each sewing thread 5 is knitted in a warp knit pattern.
