Generation of triangular or tetrahedral mesh for finite difference analysis

A triangular element mesh is used for finite difference method analysis in which a series of steps are made to search for points on the surface that are intersected by the elements. Moving node points P are projected onto the surface to identify other points P'. Three such elements L1,L2,L3 can have points that are not on the surface and are selected by the movable node. The process repeats until a valid point is located
