发明名称 PHASE OPTIMIZATION METHOD USING CONTINUOUS MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for generating clear optimal phase configuration for a structure. SOLUTION: Finite element model data (1.1) and phase optimization control data (1.2) are inputted. To realize continuous material distribution in a node as the vertexes of the each finite elements, stress-strain matrix data are generated using material density defined as a design variable (2). Finite element analysis is performed using the calculated stress-strain matrix (3). An objective function, a constraint function and sensitivity for each of them (4.1) are calculated (4.2). A relationship between the objective function calculated by the finite element analysis, the sensitivity analysis and a predesignated threshold value is evaluated, and a convergence test is performed (5). In accordance with a result from the convergence test, the material density on the node as the design variable is updated (6). After the material density is updated, the calculation for the stress-strain matrix, the finite element analysis, the sensitivity analysis, the convergence test and update for the design variable are iterated (7).
