PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a running cost spent for responding to a person on the outside of a shared entrance and spent for opening/closing a door. SOLUTION: A numeric key input device 7 equipped on the outside of the shared entrance 4 is connected to a control device 2, and the control device 2 is provided with a registration storage part, which stores at least a previously registered room number of a resident, a registered telephone number of a resident room telephone 9, and an IP address linked to one another, and a control part operating an automatic door device 5. By input of the room number via the numeric key input device 7, an entrance telephone 8 on the outside of the shared entrance is connected communicatively to the resident room telephone 9 matching the room number through an IP communication network 20 by a controller 2, while connection to the controller 2 is made again from the resident room telephone 9 via the IP communication network for transmitting an unlocking signal.
