PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker using steam in combination, allowing the release of the steam corresponding to different food cooking menus. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a plurality of steam outlets 5 for releasing the steam to a heating chamber 1 and a partition plate 6 provided in a steam supply passage 4 and located parallel to a wall face having the steam outlets 5 or perpendicular thereto. Thus, the number of the steam outlets for releasing the steam is variably selected to change the amount and momentum of the steam to be supplied to foods corresponding to the cooking menus.
