PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system or the like wherein a mobile terminal needs no position registration every time the mobile terminal moves between cells under a prescribed condition. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system transfers packets to the mobile terminal via any of a plurality of access nodes. The wireless communication system includes: a mobile prediction information storage section 11 for storing a plurality of mobile prediction information items for correlating time information and identification information of the access node; a first transfer time storage section 14 for managing the first transfer time of the packets up to each access node AR; and a destination access node determining section 16 for determining the access node AR being a packet destination on the basis of a plurality of the mobile prediction information items, the first transfer time, and the present time.
