PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a piezoelectric oscillating piece which can suppress a CI value at a low value and improve the joining strength by improving the joining state of the piezoelectric oscillating piece, and a piezoelectric device provided with such a fixing structure. SOLUTION: The structure is provided with a base 51, and a plurality of oscillating arms 34, 35 extending in parallel from the base, wherein a piezoelectric oscillating piece 32 on which an electrode for applying a driving voltage to the oscillating arms is fixed on electrodes 31, 31 for applying a driving voltage to the piezoelectric oscillating piece. In this structure, conductive fixing materials 54, 55 are applied to the base 51, the conductive materials are melted and allowed to adhere on the electrode, the fixing materials are allowed to cure to perform the fixing, and the conductive materials are applied so that they avoid regions where distortion becomes large corresponding to distribution regions of distortion generated in the base when each of the oscillating arms 34, 35 of the piezoelectric oscillating piece vibrates.
