PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a program for effectively preventing a thing left behind. SOLUTION: The radio communication system comprises a first radio communication device 1 for performing radio communication, and a plurality of second radio communication devices for performing the radio communication with the first one each. Each of the plurality of second radio communication devices has a dispatch section for sending identification information for identifying the second radio communication device to the first radio communication device. The first radio communication device comprises a device identification information storage for storing the identification information on at least one second radio communication device that should communicate with the first radio communication device in the plurality of second radio communication devices; an identification information conformity determination section for determining whether the identification information acquired from the second radio communication device communicating with the first one coincides with that stored in the device identification information storage section; and an output section for outputting information, where the communication target of the first radio communication device is different from the device to communicate, when the identification information conformity determination section determines that identification information does not coincide.
