PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a solid powder cosmetic having excellent effects on hardly causing oily luster with time (i.e. shine-preventing effects), being smoothly spread when coating, and having excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: This solid powder cosmetic contains (a) a composite powder having a modified shape obtained by the cohesion and unification of many nearly spherical particles, and having many concave and convex parts on the surface, and (b) a hydrocarbon wax powder.
