PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish shape brush for a sweeper where a flat steel wire is made to be firm, hardly bent, and densely arranged. SOLUTION: A plurality of twofold flat steel wires 31 is inserted to cylindrical elastic members 34 by striding, which make a pair after fitted into an adjacent pair of attachment holes 20. The upper end part of each cylindrical elastic member 34 and the twofold part 32 of the flat steel wire 31 are arranged and stored in a recess 15. The cylindrical elastic members 34 and the flat steel wires 31 are inserted to four fan shape pieces 12, so as to complete a dish shape brush 2 after clogging from an upper part through the use of a clogging disk 11. Elastic strength is increased in a root part itself of the flat steel wires 31 by superimposing eight flat steel wires 31 in a thickness direction, and besides, the root part is reinforced by the support of the cylindrical elastic members 34.
