PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for housing bags which enables the carrying using a handle while allowing the handle to avoid being an obstacle when it is not used or carried in a bag. SOLUTION: The handle is mounted on the body of the case so as to stick upward while being turned downward to be housed into the body of the case. The handle has a mounting shaft part with a roughly circular cross section while having a through hole part along the axial direction of the mounting shaft part. A ring shaped link member which is inserted through the through hole part while being wound on the outer circumference part of the mounting shaft part is mounted on the body of the case.
