PURPOSE: To adjust timing by software and to prevent an error from generating in an adjusted value in the system where plural equipments to be controlled are operated by the same timing. CONSTITUTION: A timing adjusting part is provided with a CPU 8 and clock for timing adjustment is inputted in the interruption of the CPU 8. For the software to be incorporated into the CPU 8, the output destination of data is set to an address table and the data of an output buffer is written in the place shown by this address value. An output buffer is multiplexingly provided and the address of an output port to the outside or the address of the output buffer is set to the address table. When a data output is to be delayed by the above processings, data is prevented from being outputted to the outside by preliminarily setting the address of the output buffer which is multiplexingly provided in the address table and timing is adjusted by delaying the output of data. |
