Counter flow table centrifuge motor comprises tubular rotor body parts (2a, 2b) closed by caps (1) and a rotor shaft (3) having a coupling part (4) on one end for a drive unit and a fluid line connection (5) on the other end into which two fluid lines (20a, 25a) open. Modular inserts (8, 9) with separating chambers (10, 11) are mounted in two opposite-lying tubular rotor body parts. The separating chambers are arranged so that the distances from their front sides differ and both chambers rotate within the rotor body parts during a separation process. Preferred Features: The inserts are directly coupled directly to the rotor shaft. A guiding rail is fixed to the lower inner side to fix the inserts in the first rotor body part.
