A reactive hot melt adhesive containing, as the main component, a blocked prepolymer made by reacting a linear prepolymer having isocyanate groups with a blocking agent, said blocked prepolymer having a number average molecular weight of at least 11,000 and a melt viscosity of at least 1,000 poise at a temperature of 110 DEG C.
