<p>The invention relates to the recombinant adeno-associated viruses carrying the human gamma interferon by DNA recombination technology, to the method for preparing them, and to the uses for antiviral drug and in tumor therapy. The method for preparing the said virus comprises the following steps: the recombination of the coding region of gamma interferon with adeno-virus using the adenovi rus as vector to form stable recombinant gamma interferon -adeno-virus; introducing the gamma interferon into tissue cells of organism so as to express the human gamma interféron in vivo stably. The recombinant gamma interferon-adeno-viruses have obviously antiviral effects.</p> |
