The invention relates to cosmetology. The inventive cosmetic preparation contains a physiologically acceptable base in the form of a disodium salt of ethylene diamine-tetracetic acid and a polyatomic low-molecular alcohol, and natural biologically active substances in the form of an oily extract of sea-urchin roe and vegetable extracts at the following component ratio: 0.05-1.5 mass % oily extract of sea-urchin roe, 0.5-3.0 mass % vegetable extracts, 0.05-0.2 mass % disodium salt of ethylene diamine-tetracetic acid and 3.0-11.4 polyatomic low-molecular alcohol. In addition, said cosmetic preparation can comprise, according to the use thereof, urea, biohyaluronic acid, collagen hydrolysate, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, cellulose esters, lecithin, beeswax, aristoflex AVC, vitamins A and F, and the polyatomic low-molecular alcohol in the form of trietanolamine, cetyl alcohol and isopropyl myristate. |
