<p>A multi-diaphragm flow control valve includes a valve body (V) separable int o two parts. Each part includes an interior chamber (16) having a closed end (P1, P2) which separates the chambers (16, 16A) when the parts are joined an d an open end for connection to a pipe. An outer chamber (W, W1) surrounds a portion of the interior chamber (16, 16A) and is separated therefrom by an interior wall. Slots (18) connect the interior (16, 16A) and outer chambers (17) that contains cylindrical bell type electrometric diaphragm (A) having a central outwardly extending hump and with legs extending axially from opposi te sides of the hump is positioned in the diaphragm chamber (17) with the respective legs of the diaphragm (A) over the slots (18) through the interio r walls (16, 16A) of respective parts.</p> |
