<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preferable myocardal grafts of skeletal muscle cells or myocardal cells, to provide a useful cell composition for obtaining the grafts, and to provide a method for obtaining the grafts. <P>SOLUTION: The grafts of skeletal myoblast or cardiomyocyte, which is transfected with marker gene taken in myocardial tissue of an animal, are provided and stem cells are differentiated and selected based on the marker gene.
