<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal printer with high printing accuracy without a printing deviation, a printing blur and the like in which a thermal paper is easily mounted at the site where a handy terminal is used, and which satisfies a printing requirement with high dimensional accuracy such as in the postal service transfer form privately-making standard which is the specification for the postal transfer exclusive payment form conforming to the automatic reading using the OCR by image processing. <P>SOLUTION: A paper guide provided on an arm, at the leading end of which a paper-holding wheel for the thermal printer is set, is fitted with a pawl for position regulation provided at a fixture of a thermal head to position the thermal head relative to the paper to secure the positional relationship, thereby preventing a printing deviation and blur to achieve high printing accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
