<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform flexible interaction corresponding to user's responses in the case of performing interactive service. <P>SOLUTION: In the interactive service providing system for advancing processing by an interactive method between a service providing side and a user, interactive contents to be outputted to the user are generated by an expert system 1, a voice interaction script (e.g. VoiceXML) corresponding to the output of the expert system 1 is generated by an application server 3, the interactive contents with the user which are generated by the expert system 1 are displayed on the display screen 21 of a user side apparatus 2 and voice inputted by the user is processed by the voice interaction script. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
