<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device for a construction machine and its driver's seat and provide the construction machine capable of reducing breakage of a seat belt owing to friction by lessening the sliding portions of the seat belt and enhancing the durability. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt device 19 of the construction machine to restrain the driver at its driver's seat 16 is equipped with a short seat belt 26 having a buckle 25 and fixed to the driver seat 16, a long seat belt 28 having a coupling metal piece 27 capable of being removably engaged with the buckle 25 and fixed to the driver seat 16, a belt takeup device 29 to take up the long seat belt 28 and accommodate, a sleeve 29B attached to the belt payoff side of the belt takeup device 29 and admitting insertion of the long seat belt 28, and a belt guide 45 installed in a position apart from the sleeve 29B, making insertion guidance of the long seat belt 28 drawn out of the sleeve 29B, and hindering the coupling metal piece 27 from movement toward the belt takeup device 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
