<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive capacity control valve for a variable displacement compressor having a movable part with small sliding resistance to stabilize characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the capacity control valve, a pressure sensitive part 1, a solenoid part 2, and a valve part 3 are disposed in this order, and ports 11, 12, 13 of suction pressure Ps, discharge pressure Pd, and pressure Pc in a crank chamber are arranged in this order. A plunger 28 of the solenoid part 2 is constituted integrally with a shaft 25 transmitting change in suction pressure Ps sensed by the pressure sensitive part 1, and both ends of the shaft 25 are supported at two points of guides 26, 27. Therefore, since the large diameter plunger 28 does not slide and the small diameter shaft 25 slides so that the sliding resistance is reduced in operation of the plunger 28, hysteresis is reduced. Further, since the number of supporting points of the plunger 28 is two, a stable flow rate characteristic is exerted with rough dimensional setting, and the capacity control valve can be manufactured at low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
