<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb rotor type gas adsorption concentration apparatus with a simple and economical structure. <P>SOLUTION: The gas adsorption concentration apparatus comprises a gas adsorption rotor 9 and seal members 10, 11 brought into contact with both end faces of the gas adsorption rotor 9 and three zones; an adsorption zone 6, a purge zone 7, and a desorption zone 8; are formed in each seal member. Each of the seal members 10, 11 is provided with an elastic part 2 having elasticity and tightly attached to the end face of the gas adsorption rotor 9 and a heat resistant part 5 having higher heat resistance than that of the elastic part 2 and the desorption zone 8 is surrounded with the heat resistant part 5 and the outside of them is surrounded with the elastic part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
