<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting processing apparatus or the like for reducing a labor to input information concerning a target period of tabulation. <P>SOLUTION: A server 1 is provided with a classification detail data recording part 2, a monthly summary data recording part 3 for recording monthly summary data, a settlement term data recording part 4 for recording settlement term data including the term number of a settlement term, the start date of the settlement term and the end date of the settlement term, a monthly term data recording part 5 for recording monthly term data including the term number of the settlement term, the start date of the month and the end date of the month and a form preparation processing part 6 for extracting classification detail data or monthly summary data generated or processed in the term selected by the user in a plurality of terms each including a date inputted by the user from a plurality of classification detail data or a plurality of monthly summary data, and for preparing a chart related to accounting based on the extracted classification detail data or monthly summary data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
