SOLUTION: This designing method includes a step for obtaining a step response of a CVT simplified model to measure a steady gain (a) and a rise time constant T (S100), a step for setting target response time Tr till the number of revolution of a primary pulley follows a target number NIN of revolution of the primary pulley when changing it step by step (S200), a step for computing proportional gain Kp and integral time Ki on the basis of the steady gain a, the rise time constant T and the target response time Tr (S300), and a step for designing a pre-integration type feedback system by using the computed proportional gain Kp and the integral time Ki (S400).
