PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp for efficiently radiating the heat from a circuit and a bulb toward the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp 100 comprises the bulb 1 with a discharge gas to emit a light filled therein; a circuit structural body 2 for supplying electrical power for discharging the discharge gas filled in the bulb 1 thereto; and a cover member 3 integrally formed with the bulb 1 and the structural body 2 so as to radiate the heat generated from the bulb 1 with the power supplied thereto and from the structural body 2 to supply the power.
