PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the same channel interference in an adjacent zone or in a neighboring channel zone not only between a base station and a subscriber station or a subscriber station and base station but also between a subscriber station and a subscriber station and between a base station and a base station. SOLUTION: A radio communication apparatus is provided with one base station and one or a plurality of subscriber stations, and different frequencies are used in an incoming channel and an outgoing channel. The one base station is provided with a plurality of sector antennas to be switched in time and used, and a switching means for switching between the incoming channel and the outgoing channel.
