PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time necessary before the start of file reproduction. SOLUTION: The data reproducing device interrupts disk analysis when the designated number of files is detected during the disk analysis, and starts the reproduction of the detected files. Then, the device continues the disk analysis by using a free time for which it is not neccessary to access a disk during the file reproduction, and completes the disk analysis of one disk as a whole.
