RUBBER COMPOSITION AND TRANSFER BELT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition scarcely having variation of volume resistivity by the environment and having little dispersion to enable ready adjustment of properties thereby and having sufficiently high strength and not causing disturbance of image as a result. SOLUTION: The rubber composition is obtained by adding 20-60 mass part carbon black having 30 mL/100g to 100 mL/100g DBP absorption amount and 0.1-10 mass part ionic conductor to 100 mass part rubber obtained by blending an epichlorohydrin rubber with a hydrogenated nitrile rubber in a blend ratio of (5/95) to (50/50).
