PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin having extremely improved moisture permeability without increasing the amount of a hydrophilic part; and to provide a sheet and a laminate obtained by using the polyester resin. SOLUTION: The polyester resin is obtained by copolymerizing (A) a polyether-diol having 7,000-50,000 number average molecular weight and containing≥60 wt.% ethylene oxide unit, (B) a bifunctional component having 400-6,000 number average molecular weight, (C) a diol having <250 molecular weight and (D) a dicarboxylic acid having <300 molecular weight.
