PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively preliminarily administering and treating a sensitive reaction caused by paclitaxel. SOLUTION: An agent for preventing and reducing a sensitive reaction caused by an anticancer agent, especially paclitaxel, contains a compound represented by the formula (R1and R3are each independently H or a 1 to 6C alkyl; R2and R4are each independently H, a halogen, a 1 to 6C alkyl, a 1 to 6C alkoxy or phenyl) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt.
